Developed and produced here at The Melrose Kitchen, our flour blend consistently produces delicious sourdough bread and bakes.
The base of this blend is an organic, high protein, white flour ideal for baking sourdough. The addition of barley malt flour not only adds a depth of flavour, but it also helps to soften the crumb and create a darker crust. Finally, the added five seeds and grains add nuttiness and texture to finished loaves. Not exclusive to sourdough, this flour can be used in a variety of recipes.

This is the ideal flour to use with our basic sourdough recipe. Each bag contains enough for one large sourdough loaf as per this recipe.
